Delete your account – Organize together to-do lists by LevelMob

This page explains how to delete your account and data in Organize together to-do lists (also called KovoTeam, package com.kovoteam), the Android app published on Google Play by LevelMob. Contact: brainbrosmob@gmail.com.

Option 1: Delete in the app

1. Open KovoTeam and sign in.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm. Your account and data are deleted right away.

Option 2: Request by email

If you no longer have the app, email brainbrosmob@gmail.com from the email address you signed in with, using the subject "Account deletion". We confirm by email and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account and profile
• Your family's chores, tasks, points, rewards and uploaded images and file attachments
• Your stored notification tokens

What may be kept

Records of purchases may be kept for up to 7 years where tax or accounting law requires. Encrypted backups are overwritten within 90 days. Nothing else is kept.

Delete some data without deleting your account

You can delete individual chores, tasks, rewards and images in the app at any time. You can also email us to request deletion of specific data.
