These terms apply to the Organize together to-do lists app (KovoTeam, package com.kovoteam), published on Google Play by LevelMob. By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create a family account. Parents and guardians are responsible for children who use the app under their account.
Your account
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
Your content
You own the content you add to the app. You give us a limited license to store and display it only to provide the service. Do not add content that is illegal, harmful or infringes someone else's rights.
Purchases and subscriptions
Paid features are sold through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them in Google Play. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policies.
Rewards
Points and rewards in KovoTeam are set by families and have no cash value. We are not responsible for fulfilling rewards or for purchases made through third-party store links.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, including by trying to access other people's data, interfering with the app, or reverse-engineering it except where the law allows.
Third-party services
Optional integrations, such as Google Calendar and Google Tasks, are governed by their own terms.
Termination
You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimers
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, KovoTeam is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes
We may update these terms. If you keep using the app after changes take effect, you accept the updated terms.
