This privacy policy applies to the Organize together to-do lists app (also called KovoTeam), published on Google Play by LevelMob ("LevelMob", "we", "us"). It explains how we collect, use and protect information when you use the app and the kovoteam.com website.
Information we collect
- Account information: your name and email address when you sign up with email and password, or your name, email address and profile photo when you sign in with Google. You can also use the app as a guest, which creates an anonymous account with no name or email.
- Family content: family members' display names, chores, tasks, points, rewards, images, file attachments and links you add, including boards you choose to import from Trello.
- Google Calendar and Google Tasks data: only if you choose to connect them, so we can read and create the events and tasks you ask the app to sync.
- Device information: a notification token so we can send reminders, plus app-integrity checks that protect our service from abuse.
- Purchase information: purchases are processed by Google Play. We receive confirmation of your purchase, but never your card details.
How we use information
We use it to run the app's features: syncing your family's data across devices, sending reminders and notifications, connecting the calendar and task services you choose, unlocking purchases and keeping the service secure. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
Google user data
KovoTeam's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google Calendar and Tasks data is used only to provide the sync features you turn on. It is never sold, never used for ads and never shared with others except as needed to provide those features. You can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Service providers
We store data with Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage, Cloud Messaging and App Check), which processes it on our behalf. Images you search for may load from third-party image services such as Pixabay.
Children
KovoTeam is designed for families. Children's profiles are created and managed by a parent or guardian, who controls what information is added. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without parental consent. If you believe a child has given us information without consent, contact us and we will delete it.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time. See Delete your account.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, and access is restricted by security rules. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your data. Email us to make a request.
Changes
We may update this policy. When we do, we'll change the date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the app.
